RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, they may only be returned or exchanged if they are unopened and the packaging is not damaged. Returns and exchanges can be made within 1-3 days of the product being delivered. Returns thereafter will not be possible.

If products are defective or arrive damaged due to courier, it must reported 1-2 days after receiving the items. Requests thereafter will not be eligible for return or a refund.

All refunds will only be made once the returned items have been assessed after arriving back at our dispatching facility.

Payments will either be made to the card or bank account where the initial payment was received from.
